Title: Vertus Fluid Mask 3
Post by: headkaze on November 17, 2008, 12:21:57 pm
I just wanted to mention this Photoshop plugin / standalone program. It is the most advanced software for removing backgrounds even in complex images. Check out the video on their website (http://www.vertustech.com/).

Mask 3 looks great on a invesigative level.

Gonna have a little play with it today and see how it works with an image of a Toshiba Libretto 100CT.

Should be a breeze for a powerfull (expensive) piece of software like that! ?

Sup fellas, also look at OnOne MaskPro, I use it on rare occasions for complicated masking, but theres nothing like using the good O' pen tool for 98 percent of everything else.

True, True.. Nothing quite beats manual labour :)
Auto tools can come in handy when seperating images/characters from images, or at least enough so you only need a little bit of manual editing.
