Some Russian teams developed great homebrew for the GBC, one even ended up being an official developer (got the Nintendo-approved game with their logo in the titles in a box somewhere).

For quirky but useful stuff, this one was really impressive, only matched by a similar but different one from Trident team in Japan.

Anyway no need talk private here, i remember someone would translate multife (previous multijuke) to russia, but sadlt that project did not in time, since its diddent correctly support Unicode. Howover its support Unicode now later and was fun when somebody would translate it to arabien.

Its was fun to due, due that way the alphabet works and they read them from right to left.... I did actuelly that to work.

Jungool really need translate to various language, and also it's fun to play worms (team 17) with enemy with other language you don't understand...

Man, as soon as I start throwing thousands of rubles around, people think I'm from Russia. :)
Well, there's this site that tells me that I'm French, I really have to start writing in Italian so everyone thinks I'm from Zimbabwe in some order of confusion or another.

English version of that site is a mess now ...

Mais oui, I guess that one wasn't freeware. They did have a workable freeware version out (for GBC) at one stage. Then again, Nanoloop is overpriced, it's not freeware either (and they developed it for a university thesis, so it should be freeware), and it's a long time since they actually had carts available. 79 euros or whatever it is now for a download?

Hell, I've even got the semi-official GB PDA cart (neither licensed nor blocked by Nintendo) in a box somewhere, easy to spend the cash in better times, impressive eight-bit stuff is easy to like.

One day you'll find all together.

Nah, they were talking about me and smealum, DS stuff, so it was like "two French guys, Lobo and smealum..", yeah? Ok.
Lobo from Brazil sounds great tho, I might add the 'Brazil' part from now on and go international too.
