The C-One (http://c64upgra.de/c-one/) sounded like a great design. Anyone buy one or know someone who has? Comments? The CPC emulation seems pretty wonderful.

Once saw a comment on a BB that the designer is the same as the C-64 Direct-to-TV (like some of the Sega products with Master system games and system in a controller plus video connectors), and was contractually obliged to not use the same FPGA code, which the poster said is why it still doesn't do good C64 emulation, don't know if that is true, but the system seems to be better for the CPC  than 64.

The One-chip MSX seemed pretty good, did see one in action, in theory the FPGA is reconfigurable to emulate other things but never heard of anyone doing it. Also a bit pricey at the one place I saw it, but very nice and compact (about 2x8x12 cm).
