I have been building the new LEGO
MERCEDES BENZ UNIMOG

http://technicbricks.blogspot.com/2011/02/tbs-techreview-13-8110-unimog-u400.html

Described as the largest LEGO technic set ever. Certainly vehicle-wise!
My god! there are TONS of cogs, and now with the pneumatic stuff going in, it is getting mad!

Well, so far, this is the second night and this is where I am up to...

(ps. Not really a 'News' event, but... who cares?)

See, if you hadn't said anything we'd just have thought "Cor, he's cool...he's made a robot that can walk on the ceiling", but now we just think you can't figure out simple things like photographic devices and the Interwebs. :p :)

LOL!

Seriously, the original photo is the right way up, the forum software has flipped it.

Nah! only joking...

I am building the model upside down just to be clever..

No, still a load more to add as yet.

But, yeah, it is pretty cool.

Hurrah! Finished!

It's pretty fun to operate. Managed to pick up a Packet of Cigs! (Takes a while to get used to the pneumatic controls though!)

I think now I can finally show you what I've done this weekend, and I'm not OT:

I've been building THIS. Some 120 pieces. Took me and my wife some 4 hours (Really!)
