Right...

A game I coded in 1992 and never got round to finishing it, though it was 90% if my memory serves me correctly.

I have struggled to put it all together using the CCS emulator, as this has a good dis/asm on it. All I cannot work out how to do is load the music which is located at $D000... Hmmmm...

I have uploaded the source and object here with some notes (member download only) in the hope that someone can finish the last step  :(

It is a enhanced Robotron game with LOTS of action, and a semi-follow up to Tidemarsh (posted elsewhere)

Coding for the love of it!

I have got Dr Bazair '92 working and will post it later! I was suprised by how nice the title screen was. The "92" in the top right corner scales and flips and all the enemies appear in their various forms at the base. Not sure how many levels there are as at the moment I have not got past level 1
I believe there is a more complete version and I will try to compile that later!

But for now :-

Just a few more screen shots from the game!

There are a few bits of code needed to complete (highscore check and sound effects, oh levels) but that is it i think.

The game is BLOODY hard and needs the use of autofire to stand any chance, and I still could not get past level 4 :(

If ANYONE fancies creating levels for it, then please let me know. I have a nice level editor already made for it. They need to be a bit easier! (a lot)

PS. I cannot work out a way to save the data from CCS into a disc? It says it is doing it and there is nothing in the image? madness! When I get it to disc I will release the game. At the moment it is a freeze from CCS.

Just managed to get another version together..

I had crosslinked files on this disk so had to use some of the code from the earlier disk! Bugger!

The level file is much larger on this one so perhaps I had done more work on it? Also, the graphics are improved?

Will post the game shortly in 2 versions.

The first level looks easier for one!

Im sure that the code on this (crosslinked) disk is the version with the working highscores and the completion.. Perhaps I will have to try and copy it again with a different 1541? I just don't know! (and possibly the sound fx)
