I have marinated some prawns and broccoli, sugar snap peas, broad beans, and asparagus in a ginger, sweet chilli, and garlic sauce, and have stir-fried them in a pan with noodles and a satay (peanut) sauce to serve with a couple of small garlic and herb naans

Hmmmmm.....

Not a fan of sea food unfortunately. But the idea of a peanut satay sause on a steak would be lovely. Actually everything you say sounds tasty there apart from the prawns   :P <- the closest smilie to drooling I could find

Satay sauce would be quite nice on a steak mate :) (YUM) with a slight pepper base and quick-fried mushroom slices and mashed Yam as a compliment... Hmmm.... Now i just want Steak!!!!

When I was a kid and I had Tuna for dinner I would ask "is this the fish that swims in the sea?". If they said no I would eat it LOL. I don't know why I don't like it, perhaps I was attacked by a shark in a previous life or something?  :D

Pepper sause is the best on steak though, but I can't stand mushrooms either! LOL Fussy little shit arn't I?  ;D

Yes you are a fussy little sod!! LOL

Mushrooms are one of gods special treats... The good thing about a mushroom is that when cooked they absorb EVERYTHING.. So, supply them with some really nice flavours and you can have a real treat... mix them with some truffles and fry "FAST" and you have a great topping for rings of toasted French stick - YUM!!

Yes, pepper sauce is the best for mixing with Steak! The more pepper the better if the steak is Rump or Sirloin. The only steaks worth eating are T-Bone (a combination of small amounts of fillet and sirloin) or a nice large cut of Fillet.... <grumble>

hehe looks nice though. Didn't take a picture of my tea (too late now) but I just cooked up a bit of rice with butter and curry and had it on some pita bread. Wasn't too bad.

Nope, he never came, the next thing you know I was coerced in doing gfx for some DS game.  :D

Also, you shouldn't eat tripe, that thing is probably a wet sock worn by Beetlejuice dude.

Guess who has a nice T-Bone!!!?

But..

I kicked the cocking dog yesterday for stealing the crackling from the roast and now I am not sure if I should eat the steak or wrap my foot in it?
